You’ve Got This!

You have to remember that you already unconditionally love yourself. That you enjoy creating and expressing yourself in this way and that way. That you accept the illusory laws and limitations you set for yourself in this life, because this is how you will experience your individuated aspect of the source. You have to remember you’ve got this ! All of it.

Less Of Yourself

And as the world continues to spin, you slowly remove the spark from your eyes. You put your dreams in a floating box. You close your ears to the sound of music, wind and self-love. You eat sadness, wear depression and play with shame. Only because you are listening to the voices that tell you that love is for people who are less and less of themselves.

You need to wake up, for those voices will never tell you the real truth. Love is for you, and everyone.

Namaste.

Symbols of the Soul Session Five

Philomath: So today we are going to kick off talking about flaws. Why do we have flaws as persons of the world?

Conscious Soul: It goes back to what we discussed last time. The fact that we are naturally perfect, flawless. But the only way we could appreciate it is if we became flawed. For we appreciate who we are by being who we are not.

Philomath: True but maybe I’m looking for more depth in that aspect of our discussion last time. Supposing I am conceived into this world with extraordinary flaws, how can I look beyond that? Especially in an environment where people will make it a point to make me focus on my flaws and not otherwise.

Conscious Soul: Maybe for me to answer with depth, let me understand what you mean by flaws? By extraordinary flaws?

Philomath: Like physical distortions. Supposing a foot attached to my face.

Conscious Soul: A foot attached to my face. Is that even real?

Philomath: Not really, but you get the idea of the sort of irregularities I mean right?

Conscious Soul: Yes. Okay first thing first. Let’s take this to the core. They are two entities here. The soul and the body right. But the most important factor here is that, a soul chooses a flawed body because it believes it will learn whichever lessons that will arise because of a flawed body. Think of patience. Think of faith. Think of learning to love oneself in a world that shuns on your physical appearance. If you seat and think about it, such souls should be commended for they learn so much more than what the able person does.

Philomath: But I imagine people like that feel extreme loneliness. How could I say maybe overcome extreme loneliness without depending on another being?

Conscious Soul: Yes I am certain they suffer extreme loneliness. Definitely life is not easy. For they often don’t have what the typical human has. Some don’t have independence or the opportunity to pursue their dreams, the opportunity to live a typical life. But I believe amidst those limitations comes the best growth. They learn to appreciate the things that matters the most. Love, family, silence, peace and happiness found in the simplest things. This is essentially what we are all pursuing.

Does depending on another removes extreme loneliness or it simply delays it, shades it for some time. Then in one’s alone time it comes back, creeps back to one’s being. The only person to remove loneliness is you alone. All that you need and want is within you.

Philomath: So what is the trick to remove loneliness?

Conscious Soul: First what is loneliness?

Philomath: I think loneliness is a feeling of emptiness/ needing something but not knowing what it is.

Conscious Soul: Let’s make this personal. When you feel lonely, what do you usually need? What are you looking for per se?

Philomath: I don’t know really. It normally turns form loneliness to slight sadness. But maybe I m looking to be enlightened or appreciated or happiness. It’s an ambiguous feeling.

Conscious Soul: It is a deep disconnection from yourself, others and maybe your source. Would that describe it?

Philomath: Yes. When in that state I don’t even enjoy the things that I normally enjoy. Makes sense?

Conscious Soul: Yes it does. I believe in that state we are so disconnected from our soul essence. And the only thing that usually releases us from that state is love. Any forms of love say laughter, bonding etc. But you see laughter and bonding with others comes and goes. And so if we depend on others to re-connect us to whom we are, then we are in for a long hard road.

Philomath: Yes. So what is the ultimate solution?

Conscious Soul: But if we learn to love yourself. Make ourselves happy especially in moments of darkness; we can do it anytime we feel that way. Such that we even learn to always be connected to our soul essence. Essentially leading to us never feeling extreme loneliness. Go to the self first before seeking it in others. Which is why I feel people with extreme flaws, most probably get to that point where they learn to emotionally depend in themselves as compared to us?

Philomath: So, how exactly do I make myself happy by myself?

Conscious Soul: The same way you make others happy. Spend time with yourself. Laugh with yourself. Treat yourself with love.

Philomath: What about reflection?

Conscious Soul: Of course. We do it so often with others we never take the time to do it with ourselves. Essentially that is the purpose of meditation. Being with the self, contemplating, introspecting and being silent with the self.

Philomath: Personally I enjoy those moments.

Conscious Soul: As do I.
